Registration opens Monday, June 16, for the Northwest GCSA Turfgrass Expo III Conference and Trade Show, October 13 & 14, 2025, at The Coeur d’Alene Resort.
We have multiple sponsorship opportunities so companies of all budget levels may participate and receive recognition.
The Ultimate Sponsors, our highest level of support, are limited. Your level commitment preference can be emailed on Monday, June 16, by 3:00 p.m. MT, to idahogcsa@idahogcsa.org, completing the online forms at a later time.
If we receive more than one Diamond Sponsor request, a random drawing will be held at 4:00 pm to determine the Diamond sponsor. Companies not selected will automatically move to the Ultimate Gold Sponsor level.
Any Gold Sponsors remaining available after the Diamond drawing (if applicable), and all Silver Sponsors, will be on a first-come basis, either through an email request or form completion.
Because the online forms are “involved,” we are accepting a simple email request for the Ultimate Sponsors, with online forms completed in the future.
