INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOTH REGISTRATION: You will receive a table and two chairs, access to the educational session Wednesday and Thursday, and complimentary trade show food and beverages for up to 3 people, per booth space (example - an Ultimate Gold booth with 4 booth spaces could have 12 people in booth). Over the 3 free per single booth, each person is $75. Lunch is an additional charge. Please see information below.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The exhibitor agrees to make no claim against the Inland Empire Golf Course Superintendents Association for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, nor for any injury to himself or employees while in the trade show area at any time. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify Inland Empire GCSA, against, and hold them harmless for any claim arising out of the exhibitor’s participation in the Inland Empire Golf Course Superintendents Association Fall Meeting & Trade Show. Exhibitor agrees to abide by the set up and tear down times and will refer to the conference agenda for instructions. Pictures will be taken at event will be used on line and/or print. To be excluded, notification in writing must be received 48 hours prior to the event.
